Wonderful
Rooms were spacious and good facilities, Breakfast buffet is quite good nice quality of food, View was excellent with ocean views and close by to Ulodong Island. Walking distance actually. Good distance from city center as well so would recommend.

What was the highlight of Sono Calm Yeosu
Beautiful views.
We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view. The staff at the coffee cafe/station was excellent - super efficient and really nice.
The service at the restaurant was horrible (although they had a large number of staff members). I had a clear view of staff, and I saw many members set up and re-set up the same tables, but not come over and take our order. It was not busy at all but it took a very long time for the staff to actually take our order. It took even longer to just receive our beverages (water and wine) - and they needed 2 staff members to figure out how to open a wine bottle. We had to ask for utensils twice. The table next to us had to keep waving their table light to get the staff's attention. Incredibly expensive.

Lovely location and view! Mostly for local people.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but we understood each other through...gymnastics... No English available
Besides the reception staff nobody speaks English!
